It will be 2 years on Friday since Intel appealed the $1.45billion dollar fine from the EU in the antitrust case. 2 years. That is 2 years without closure for this case. Appeal T-286/09 rolls on without any sign of life.

Since the appeal was lodged Intel backed the 2nd Lisbon referendum in Ireland in a way nobody remembers them backing the 1st Lisbon referendum. Building a micro site for the campaign at intel.ie http://url.ie/ci1s and a billboard campaign alongside the YES camp outspending the the NO campaign.
